Internet links keep redirecting to random pages

Hi, I'm using my laptop and my PC is infected with some spyware or trojan. I use IE 9 and whenever I try to enter a web page, it won't load and when I try to click a link it redirects me to some random page. Also my wallpaper was changed to some false anti-virus message and the tab to change my wallpaper disappeared in my display options. But I resolved that issue but I can't surf the web. Here's my hijack log. Thanks

Assume when you said you are using
    IE 9
you meant IE6 since that is what shows on the log, and IE8 isn't even out yet.
You need to begin by running the steps shown HERE
especially the ESET Online Scanner and the Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware program. Be sure to allow MBA-M to Remove all that is found. Post back here with both of those logs.

The link to dl the DSS are dead. The link says the program can make my system unstable. http://deckard.geekstogo.com/dss.htm. Should I go ahead and try it anyways? I don't want any more problems to occur with my PC. Is there another DL link for the program?

Forget that DSS program completely. Just give us a new HJT scan after you have completed the other steps.

For some reason I can't surf any of the web pages I need to go to in the steps. Only my homepage works but I can't go to another website. It keeps saying my internet has some connection problem.

Click HERE to download the Malwarebytes program. Save it to the desktop. Install, try to update. If it won't update then run it anyway. Let it fix whatever it finds.

Thanks, I skipped to the malwarebytes step and let it scan my PC. It fixed my internet problem also. Here's the log for it.

I also used the ESET online scan and it found no threats. I think the malwarebytes program took care of everything.
