Internet Blocking Certain sites

Hello all

Sadly my computer has been infected with malware after my friend was using it and i am struggling to get rid of it. It is stopping me from accessing certain websites (google, yahoo, facebook), it just says waiting for site: in the bottom corner and nothing happens. It even blocks the database help tool on this website. I have used spyware doctor and norton and nothing has come up. My log file is :

I have tried fixing the O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BM1f0f72fd] Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\mawvltvy.dll",s: but it keeps on coming back up so something else must be keeping it on.

If anyone could point out any lines to get rid of i will be very thankful.

Please Download ATF-Cleaner.exe by Atribune(Windows XP, 2K, 2003 & Vista ONLY)

• You can put ATF-Cleaner on your Desktop for easy access.

Click on ATF-Cleaner to run it
-- Where it says Select Files To Delete, Check the Select All Option
-- Click Empty Selected > OK

If you use Firefox browser, do this also:

• Click Firefox at the top and choose Select All from the list.
• Click the Empty Selected button.
• NOTE : If you would like to keep your saved passwords, click No at the prompt.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBA-M) to your Desktop.

• DoubleClick mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install MBA-M.
• Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• When MBA-M finishes, Notepad will open with the log. Please save it where you can find it easily. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt.

Please download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.

1. Close any open browsers.
2. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
   
   • Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan.

   • Close any open browsers.
   • WARNING: Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet as soon as it starts
   • Please do not attempt to re-connect your machine back to the Internet until Combofix has completely finished.
   • If there is no internet connection after running Combofix, then restart your computer to restore back your connection.
   
   
4. Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
5. When finished, it will produce a report for you.
6. Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a HijackThis log, In the hijackthis forum
   **Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall**

Post back here with all the above logs.
