Your HJT log is still showing infection.
    Download Malwarebytes RogueRemover Free 1.24
Double click the downloaded file to install the application on your computer. Once the application is installed, double click on the RogueRemover FREE icon to start the program. When the application is open, select Scan and the application will guide you through the remaining steps.

This is a different program from Malwarebytes.org than the other one.
Use the program, let it clean and then reboot and run a new HJT scan and post both logs.

    Tell you what Dom, the item you need to get rid of is this one;
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Antivirus] C:\Program Files\VAV\vav.exe which is Vista Antivirus 2008 rogue anti-spyware program.

Have found two different sets of instructions for it's removal, first was just the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware program. The second was the Malwarebytes Rogue Remover by the same company.

I find it odd that neither removed it, or appeared to remove it. One thing I failed to notice before was that AdAware is running in the background.
Not certain if this is why neither program found or removed that VAV program but can you turn that AdAware off? One way is to stop it from running automatically as a service. To do so go to Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services. When that list comes up scroll through, it should be near the top because it will be listed in alphabetical order, double click on it, when it opens first Stop the Service. Then change the Start Up Type to Disabled. Click Ok. Close out Services. Reboot the computer. Run the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware program again, using Quick Scan option. Be sure to Update the Program first.
Once it has run and you have the log, reboot the computer.
Run a new HJT scan and save the log.

Frankly, this newest AdAware program just doesn't seem to be as good as previous versions and most anti-spy/anti-malware forums have stopped recommending it as a must have tool.

For the moment, no, I don't want you to fix anything with HJT. Let's see this new log and we will go from there.

    FYI:
Vista Antivirus 2008 is a new rogue anti-spyware program from the same family as Windows Antivirus 2008, Antivirus 2008, and System Antivirus 2008. When installed, Vista Antivirus 2008 will automatically scan your computer and state you have a variety of security risks that cannot be removed unless you first purchase the software. These security risks are either fake or false-positives and are only being displayed to scare you into thinking you are infected with the software. This program will also display fake warnings that state malware is trying to infect your computer. These warnings are just another tactic to scare you into purchasing the software.

Please download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.

    1. Close any open browsers.
    2. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
      • Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan.

      • Close any open browsers.
      • WARNING: Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet as soon as it starts
      • Please do not attempt to re-connect your machine back to the Internet until Combofix has completely finished.
      • If there is no internet connection after running Combofix, then restart your computer to restore back your connection.
    3. Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
    4. When finished, it will produce a report for you.
    5. Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a HijackThis log, In the hijackthis forum
**Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall**
