Internet not working

I have 2 computers, one really good (was) laptop, and then my old one..which I am on now. My brother came home from college and used my good one yesterday, and got some kind of spyware on it..

I ran adaware, and avg antivirus, but when i run those that blue error screen comes up and i have to turn on my comp back on and off again, so basically those scanners cannot run or it messes up. Now, I cannot even access the internet, I have cable connected right to the computer and when i click firefox or iexplorer the internet does not show up. So basically I have no chance of downloading those scanners to post in here. Unless I can download them on this computer and transfer them over on a flash drive to my newer laptop? Or would that definitly not work?

Basically, its slow..the internet does not work on it anymore, and i have pop ups on the bottom right hand side of my screen, so i know its a virus or spyware...

any reccomendations?

What is the exact wording of the blue screen? It should give you an error and a number.
Yes, you can download the applications from the working computer to a flash drive and transfer them to the one without internet access.
Have you tried unplugging the internet cable from the problem computer and plugging it back in?
Have you rebooted the problem computer?

Yea I've tried all that. The Blue screen just comes up, and restarts every 10 seconds and every time theres a restart its a different message, but heres what I get:

When not trying to access the internet does the computer work or are you only getting blue screen errors?

The computer works fine...but slow when not on the internet, but sometimes freezes up, and mostly when idle the blue screen comes on, like when i have not touched the computer for 10-20 minutes...but I CAN click enter or click a mouse, and then it goes to the desktop...

im downloading all the scanners on this computer right now and will transfer soon..

Run me a full system scan first with HiJackThis
Post back here with that log and then attempt the others, or as many as you can do.
Begin the cleaning scans first with the Malwarebytes program. I know you won't be able to update it but do it anyway, and have it fix everything it finds. Save the log and post that also.
