Alright guys, my work computer had a heart attack earlier. x.x
MacAfee says that there were three trojans and that it deleted all of them. After restarting my computer, I'm still getting a pop up message for one though it says it's deleted. Windows XP's Virus protection (it's past its trial period) says that there are 615 viruses taht have been detected. The background of the computer has been changed to the blue and yellow warning screen. I need this stuff to go away. >.< I'm afraid to open the necessary programs for my job to do away with this. Here's the HijackThis log.

What can I do to fix this?
If it helps, the name of the virus MacAfee is having a hard time with is pphcnkhj0eac5.exe located in system32. It's says it was detected as FakeAlert-AQ and that the status is deleted. Dectection type is Trojan. Application is C:\Program Files\rhckhk0eac5ac5.exe.
