YES it is infected with something, but post the logs and do pay attention to the sticky in the root of this section. This thread is CLOSED!!!! if you want to post another thread asking for help, start a new one and include the Hijack this log after doing the work listed in the sticky as it takes too much time away from fixing to deal with the initial "discovery" phase of an infected PC.
