    Need help with computer

First of all i would like to thank anybody and everybody who takes the time to analyz this report. I just came back from vacation after 3 weeks and my computer isnt working very well. When i run games, the latency gets to about 1200 ms, and other programs go to 2400 ping. I havent touched this computer and my parents tell me that they have not done anything but install printer software. This IS my personal computer, and it is about 3 months old. Here is my report and i appreciate the time given to the replies.

Frankly don't see much in the log except some programs running automatically at start up which are not necessary and don't see any related to a printer so I would imagine the start ups are as your left them. Your Java is out of date, current version is Version 6 Update 7
I would recommend that you download the latest version to the desktop. Once you have done that then go to Add/Remove and uninstall all previous versions. Once they are uninstalled then install the newest version.
Have you done a basic cleanup of temp files and the like recently?
    How about a defrag?

Yes, i should defrag, but here is my main problem. I have noticed it now that ive used my computer enough. My internet cuts out about every 5-10 mins for about 30 seconds to 1 min. Ive done a cmd ping thing. (i dont know technical terms) and it gave extremely weird results.....sent 4 recieved 0 lost 4 (100% lost)...thats how it showed up. Anyways ive tried resetting modem and router, The whole system, ive done this hyjackthis stuff and nothing seems to be that much different. I would highly appreciate the help as im very frustrated (coming back from 3 weeks vacation and having to deal with this), sadly enough i cant live without my computer!

Have you checked with your internet provider? They really should be able to help with this. Maybe there is a problem with THEIR system or settings.
