I really would like some questions answered here....mainly why the difference in the start ups between both logs? I just don't feel the change in versions would explain them.
Log#1 has these O4 entries showing which do not show in Log #2
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IgfxTray] C:\WINDOWS\system32\igfxtray.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [HotKeysCmds] C:\WINDOWS\system32\hkcmd.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_03\bin\jusched.exe"
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ISUSPM Startup] C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\UPDATE~1\ISUSPM.exe -startup
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [FaxCenterServer] "C:\Program Files\Lexmark Fax Solutions\fm3032.exe" /s
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [HPDJ Taskbar Utility] C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\hpztsb0 7.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [swg] C:\Program Files\Google\GoogleToolbarNotifier\GoogleToolbarNo tifier.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Yahoo! Pager] "C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\YahooMessenger.exe" -quiet
These are fine to disable (AND should have sped up your boot time considerably by turning off the auto starting) but we should have been told you have done so.
I agree with cauz...what is this click.exe shown as running in the background in Log #2, which DID NOT show in Log #1.
This can be a virus but I also found references to some sort of program in German, so I am not certain what it is, which would possibly make it a legitmate program. But we don't know what it is.
http://clickexe.com/

There are seven O2 and O3 entries in Log #1 but only four showing in Log #2.

This entry;
O8 - Extra context menu item: &Search - http://edits.mywebsearch.com/toolbar...tml?p=ZJfox000
shows in Log #1 but not Log #2.
This too is good that it is gone but you didn't mention using HJT to clean up anything.
The O15 Trusted zone entry in Log #1 no longer shows in Log #2. Obviously another fix we weren't told about.

I bring all this up because, since we know nothing else, it looks as if you have used HJT to FIX, while some fixes can be done with HJT it primarily is NOT a tool for FIXING but Scanning. Just removing an entry using HJT does NOT guarantee a fix, it might remove it from the next log but it doesn't necessarily remove something bad from the computer itself.
The point I am getting at is you have obviously done some work on the computer BETWEEN these scans but you have not told us what. The click.exe entry doesn't show on the first log but does show on the second one. Did you download a new program between logs?
With the second log you note;
I did not read the Analyzer post..... new log
What exactly does this mean? That you did fixing based on the out of date analyzer?
Have you done any of the steps found here?
