Logs look pretty clean to me. You have a lot of unnecessary auto starting programs, which slows start up and then uses extra resources to run in the background. Here is a list of those you can stop from auto starts and start manually when needed;
High Definition Audio Property Page Shortcut...Realtek audio card related; This program is not required to start automatically as you can run it when you need to. It is advised that you disable this program so that it does not take up necessary resources.
Alcmtr...Realtek AC97 Audio - Event Monitor. "Sypware" file used surreptitiously monitor one's actions. It is not a sinister one, like remote control programs, but it is being used by Realtek to gather data about customers. If you delete this file, then you will not be able to properly update your drivers in the future. It is therefore recommended that you disable the startup instead.
NeroFilterCheck...Whether or not you need to run this program on startup must be decided by you. If you feel that you want this program starting automatically so that you have it available as needed, then do not disable it. Associated with "Nero Burning Rom" CD writing software. Checks for driver issues
HP Software Update...HP software updates. If a shortcut doesn't exist, create your own and run it manually
Adobe Photo Downloader...This program is not required to start automatically as you can run it when you need to. It is advised that you disable this program so that it does not take up necessary resources.
NapsterShell...Windows system tray icon for the music download service
SunJavaUpdateSched...Checks with Sun's Java updates site to see if newer Java versions are available.Not required, do it manually.
TkBellExe...RealPlayer update checker. Do it manually.
SpyNoMore...antispyware program...uninstall this and install SpywareBlaster. FREE and a MUST HAVE. DOESN'T run in the background.
Weather...Weather reporting in the System Tray. Available via Start -> Programs.
Adobe Reader Speed Launch...supposedly speeds launch of Adobe Reader. Only speeds it by a few seconds, can easily be opened manually.
I would recommend, IF the computer is running well, that you reset your System Restore to a new clean Restore Point.
1. Click Start.
2. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
3. Click the System Restore tab
4. Turn Off System Restore. You will be warned that you will lose all restore points. Click ok.
5. Wait a moment and then do the reverse and turn it back on.
To control auto starts I recommend CodeStuffStarter. Another FREE program, very easy to use.
