Honestly this probably is due to the removal of the Vundo infection from the registry by Malwarebytes. Very possibly WinPatrol would flag this change, because it is a change. It would not be able to differentiate that it was the removal of an infected area in the registry, just that it is a change and want to change it back, which of course you do not want to do. Turn off WinPatrol until all fixes are complete.
