Hi, thanks. While looking through the forums I found a similar post. I went ahead and ran all the appropriate scans, and it appears that Malwarebytes actually picked up the trojan, and upon reboot everything seems to be working fine. I can still post all of the logs as I've saved them if need be, but I believe that actually cleared it up. Sorry for not reading that first. Let me know if there still a chance it's on the system.
