In addition to what Drumstick stated ...

It is said that you should not run the real-time protection parts of both
Spybot and Ad-Aware at the same time, but I wouldn't know whether this is
still true since I stopped using them. Nevertheless, I think Spybot and
Ad-Aware can still be useful to scan your system on a regular basis.

Spywareblaster does not really "run" since it "inoculates" the registry
in some way so as to prevent spyware.
