One of our staff has a computer that, a couple weeks ago, started sending out tons of spam. Most of it was blocked by Symantec. I ran a bunch of cleanup programs, found some known bugs, and it stopped doing it until yesterday. None of the bugs I found before are there, and Symantec is not blocking it this time. We've run a virus scan, and hitmanpro. Here's the hijackthis log:

The only suspicious thing I saw was this one, which I removed:

Can anyone see anything else? Or can you suggest another program I can use to find and remove the cause of the spam attacks? (Naturally, we've disconnected his ethernet cable each time the problem has occurred, and I'd like him to be able to get his email again.)
