    Ad-Aware SE

Anyone know when Ad-Aware SE definition files are going to be fixed so
they work and you don't get the error "Error while loading the
Ad-Aware definitions file"? I have two machines that still use
Win98SE and need to use Ad-Aware SE.

    Thanks

The fix is to unsintall it and use SuperAntiSpyware instead. It will work
    fine on Win98SE.

Henry good luck. I have learned to live with it because Ad-Aware 2008 while
now in production seems to have many bugs. Don't see AA putting many
calories in resolving 2007 which as I say works but may have to try 1 or 2
    times before it scans.

    Henry,

Both my machines are downloading correctly today, so it looks as if
they fixed the problem. I was downloading the files manually for a
couple of weeks and copying them to the directory.

I tried the manual download and got the same error message. The
    downloaded file must be corrupt.

    Henry,

Sorry it didn't work for you. The defs which I was able to download
are 22.05.2008. Well, there is always plan B, download them manually
and copy them to the directory.

    That's what I did. A manual download.
