Hi Walt,
I am not sure I understand the problem. It is not usual to try and
install 'spyware'. It is usual to try not to get it in the first place
or having got it, to try to get rid of it.

Is it the case you were trying to install an anti spyware programme
and ended up paying for it four times? If so, can you say which
programme it is?
