I've attached a Print Screen of the active part of my msconfig list. There is no "i" before the "hkcmd" as you see.

I found Napster included with Roxio 7.5 disc utility, but it doesn't show among my installed programs unless it partially installed with Roxio. I can't say as I've noticed the SM1BG activate when I run Process Explorer, but I'd be glad to deactivate it if that's the only program that uses it.

I've noticed that one of the frequent and bigger users of CPU power, in addition to AVG antivirus and Spysweeper, is Gateway's BigFix. Is that program essential if I run these others? Seems like replication of security programs since I keep Windows and my browsers on auto-update.
