You can either Highlight the Text and choose Copy
Then place your cursor here in the reply and go up to Edit in your Browser and choose Paste and the text should be inserted here.
You can also check to see if your copy/paste is showing by clicking the Preview Post button right next to submit Reply. It will give you a preview of how your post will look. If the copy/paste shows then click the submit reply button.

OR save the file on your computer and then scroll down when you are replying and choose Manage Attachemts button just below the reply box. Click that and you will get an upload box as you can see in the attachments.
Click Browse and you can then you can search your computer for the file you wish to upload. Choose it. Then click the upload button. When the upload is finished then close that window.

I found the problem with the attachment

The attachment apparently won't pick up a text file from Notepad, the format in which the log is written. I missed the notice that it was an invalid file and didn't get sent. So here it is in swipe-n-paste.

    Your log actually looks good.
If you wish, these entries can also be fixed. There is nothing wrong with the programs these items just don't need to run on Start up
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Picasa Media Detector] "C:\Program Files\Picasa2\PicasaMediaDetector.exe"
    O4 - Global Startup: Adobe Reader Speed Launch.lnk = C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader\reader_sl.exe
    O4 - Global Startup: BigFix.lnk = C:\Program Files\BigFix\BigFix.exe

The key to avoiding too many Start Up items is to pay close attention when you download a program. Most, not all, but most give the option of NOT starting with the computer. Check the Options or Preferences in programs and see if you are given the option of manual start up

    The program with all the O18 entries that I had you remove is;
Logitech® Desktop Messenger (LDM) is a free service designed to deliver software support, news and information you can use. LDM ensures that you have simple, speedy, and effortless access to product upgrades, technology tips, and technology news and offers that are relevant to you. LDM delivers information right to your desktop, allowing you to take advantage of all of the advanced features of the Logitech products you own, while staying abreast of new computer‑related product and service developments (Logitech and otherwise) that are applicable to your life. Once a week, when connected to the internet, Logitech Desktop Messenger will automatically connect with Logitech servers to see if there are any new messages for you. It performs this check during idle time to avoid slowing down other applications that may be accessing the Internet. If there is a message on the server, then Logitech Desktop Messenger will download the message utilizing bandwidth that would otherwise be unused. After the message is downloaded, Logitech Desktop Messenger will wait for one minute of keyboard and mouse inactivity before displaying the message on your screen. I suggest doing all updates yourself and removing this application!
Go to Start, Control Panel Add/Remove and uninstall it. It truly is an unnecessary program.

To help manage your start up programs I suggest that you use this nice little FREE program, Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel
Makes it very easy to disable or, if necessary, re-enable start up programs.

Thank you sir. I notice increased speed after the cleanup. So your saying all these entries are superfluous startup items and not registry errors, etc?

Correct...except I am not a sir. Name is Judy.
Just keep an eye out when you download and make sure the new programs don't crawl into your Start up.
Mike Lin's will really make a difference. Try it, you'll see
