USB Memory Watch Needs Formatted?

I recently purchased this watch: http://www.thinkgeek.com/gadgets/watches/9771/

However, after I connect it to any computer and the drivers install, I am unable to access the device. The computer tells me that the drive has not been formatted. When I try to format the device, the formatting fails.

The watch's memory device did work at one point. Now it does not.

If you can't recommend anything for me to do, I would appreciate any indication as to what company makes the watch. It is not noted anywhere on the box, and ThinkGeek does not list that information.

If all else fails, I'll just contact ThinkGeek and ask for information...

Your best bet; if the purchase date isn't too long ago; try to get thinkgeek to replace it or refund it. http://www.thinkgeek.com/help/returns.shtml
