No, don't delete it from HJT. You are going to have to locate the program itself...I would first look in Add/Remove and if you find it there Uninstall it. If you don't find it there then go to the containing folder which is
C:\Program Files\AT&T\
See if it is in there and if there is an uninstall option there. You will be looking for the Internet Security Wizard folder Within the At&T folder.
It is never advisable to disable auto starts via msconfig. This should really be considered a troubleshooting method. A better way to stop auto starts is first via the program itself, if this isn't an option then use a program like Mike Lin's StartUpControl Panel, which is FREE, small, doesn't run in the background and very easy to use. Another good one is CodeStuffStarter which will show you ALL autostarts, even those in Services. It will also show processes running in the background and what various files are connected to.
