Please Help

This entry is suspect of a trojan infection F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Config\lsass.exe
The default location is supposed to be C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\lsass.exe

So is there a way that I can remedy this? Like a program to download? or a manual fix?
