PC make/model, or combination of parts "CLONE" homebrew etc..

Motherboard: MAKE/MODEL
CPU: MAKE/MODEL
SYSTEM RAM:MAKE/MODEL, SIZE PER STICK, total SYSTEM RAM
HARD DISK: The one where your OS is installed on: DRIVE MAKE/MODEL, SIZE, Amount of FREE space on drive.
VIDEOCARD: MAKE/MODEL, driver pack version?
SOUNDCARD: MAKE/MODEL, driver version?
NETWORK CARD/MODEM: MAKE/MODEL, Diver version?
There are other things to look at but lets start with these for now... It's never too late.
