Is this a bad purple file?

Hi. I'm just wondering what this nbdocbox.dll is. Purple is supposedly bad if it's unknown by the user. I had 5 purples but don't know this one. Hopefully it's nothing to worry about. Thank You!

It has been reported by several sites to be part of the ADOBE PDF reader, as a plugin for internet explorer, so it should be "SAFE"
