I have encountered a virus, or I suspect it to be a virus - VirsHeat. I remove the software that I believe was attached to an eMail read by one of my users, but the task bar still has the software shown and the popup reflecting the potential virus threat is still active.

Has anyone out there ran into this annoyance? If so have you found a way to deactiveate, remove, destroy or otherwise get rid of this annoyance?

You need to run all the steps HERE
If toolbars and pop ups remain then it is not removed.
