    need log help

    I have run every clean tool I can find and my computer is still slow. Please anylize my log.

    C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\anal.exe

    Is reported to be assocaited with several viruses/worms/dialers, discriptions of the dialer worm show that it can take control of a PC's modem and call high cost toll numbers, as well as slow the PC down.

    Do you know where this file came from?

    cauzcomb am guessing, since it doesn't show in the log, this actually is the renamed HJT, which PP notes should be done in his sticky.
    One thing I see are two anti-virus programs running or at least portions of two...AVG and Norton, both loading from services.
    Which one do you WANT to use? Totally Uninstall the other. This will most definitely slow the computer and actually reduce the protection you have.
