Cannot Get Internet Connection

I have a home LAN -- right now all PCs can transfer files and print remotely, but two PCs cannot access Internet. Dell, W2000. I have run CCleaner, scanned with Microtrends. All the Internet connection settings are default and the same as the PCs that do connect.

Have you ever been able to get them all to connect?

Yes, they have all been able to access the Internet until a week or so ago. Physical, they can share files among themselves so I believe the LAN itself is OK.

Stop and think what possibly happened a week ago...new program install, ISP change, hardware change, unusual email, program removal
