Unable to Install Printer

I bought a new Samsung printer, and I m unable to install it.
Plzzzzzzzzzz help me out.
I need to print some pics.
Urgent help would be really appericated.

Did you get install instructions with it? What is your operating system? Please also list the exact model of the printer.

yeah, I got the instructions but I m unable to install it.
I bought CLX-3160 Samsung, ans I m using Windows 2000.

I dont think you would find it appreciating or so... But why dont u try visiting Samsung site for the FAQ how to install...

I was unable to do it thats y posted here.......
I tried that, I think I need a technician to fix it.

Jenny, a problem description like "I was unable to ...." doesn't really give us much of an information on the problem or the cause of it.
What exactly is happening when you try to install the drivers?
Where are you installing them from and also how far are you able to get in the installation process? Are there any error messages, if so please give us the message in its entirety.
