    I would like some help on locking my system down to keep this guy out.
    First step for this would be use a firewall. You still are not using one. That is KEY.
    Your log shows one program for sure which needs to be Uninstalled.

    That is Viewpoint.
    Follow the provided steps to uninstall Viewpoint Toolbar:
    1. Close all Internet Explorer windows. If you also have AOL and or AIM installed on your computer, you must close those applications.
    2. From the lower left corner of the desktop, click the Start menu.
    3. Click the Settings menu and select Control Panel (switch to the Classic View if using XP). Your selection opens a separate window.
    4. From the Control Panel window, click Add or Remove Programs. Your selection opens a separate window.
    5. From the Add or Remove Programs window, find the Viewpoint Toolbar entry and click the Change/Remove button. All associated files and folders will be removed from your computer.
    Note: If you have any browser windows open while uninstalling Viewpoint Toolbar, you will continue to see the toolbar in those windows. Any browser window you open after uninstalling the toolbar will not contain the toolbar.

    Once the uninstall seems complete then go to Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools and then Services. Scroll through the list and look for Viewpoint Manager Service. Make certain it is Gone. If it isn't gone then be sure it is not running by clicking the Stop button right there and set the start up to Disabled.
    Then run HJT again and place a checkmark next to the following entries if they still remain;

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {77701e16-9bfe-4b63-a5b4-7bd156758a37} - (no file)

    O23 - Service: Viewpoint Manager Service - Viewpoint Corporation - C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Common\ViewpointService.exe

    Once you have placed the checkmark then click the Fix Checked button.
    Exit HJT.
    Reboot the computer and then go to this link;

    PROTECT YOURSELF FROM MALWARE: Tools & Tips

    Choose one of the firewalls listed there, Comodo is a very good one, since you mentioned it earlier.
    Also install SpywareBlaster. Another MUST HAVE tool for protection.
    It is FREE, DOES NOT run in the background. Prevents the installation of ActiveX-based spyware, adware, browser hijackers, dialers, and other potentially unwanted software.

    It truly works.
    After you have done all of the above, reboot the computer and run HJT one more time and post the NEW log here.
