'John, not certain what in the world you mean by this...deleting them what? All you had to do was move that CFScript.txt into combofix and then click combofix. What were you deleting? You had to do nothing but move the CFScript.txt file. If you hit an icon while moving the file that wouldn't have made any difference UNLESS you hit an icon WHILE combofix was running.

Instructions for using the computer are very clear on that...

IMPORTANT:
  • Do not use your computer while Combofix is running......
CAUTION: Do not mouse-click ComboFix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
