There are known incombatabilities with ZA suite, and Spysweeper, and other AV products, such as NORTON AV, even if the norton application was removed from the system via the control panel/add-remove problemsNorton requires it's own removal tool, you can find it by searching google for norton uninstall utillity, don't quote my poor spelling though... If it is an application conflict, the problems occur as overly consumed resources, blue screen error reports, aka bsod "blue screen of death" or internet connection issues. I recommend that you list all applications that you are currently running, along with your version of windows, and any applications that you may have uninstalled, related to system security as well as go to the sticky and post a hijackthis log, that way we can help with all the information at hand.
