    How to remove braviax.exe malware?

My computer is infected with the braviax.exe malware program. What is
the best way to remove it? I've tried AVG, Adaware and several of the
free spyware removal programs with no success. I'd appreciate some
    advice on this problem.

    Thanks

What did Google tell you? This is the first hit:

Which of the several free programs? Hard to recommend something you may
have already tried. SuperAntiSpyware is quite good.
http://superantispyware.com/ Free version for home users.

You're a "Spyguy." That implies ... well, that you know more about the
    subject. :-)

I had already been to the first Google hit you quoted above before
posting to this group. I was hoping to get some advice on the best way
to deal with the 'braviax' malware. With some more research I found a
program that worked to remove it. Here's the website:

    http://savemybutt.com/how-to-use-sdfix.exe.html

I suggest renaming the SDfix.exe file by adding some characters to it,
like SDfixnew.exe, before running (opening)it. This is to ensure that
braviax won't recognize SDfix.exe and prevent it from running. I
followed the instructions on the website and it worked.

Yes, I'm apparently a real Spyguy now. :-)

You won't like this.. I resorted to using a bartpe disc to remove it, and
the ntos.exe file that's responsible for it's creation. You'll probably
find it stashed in your \windows\system32 folder.

I was successful (apparently) in removing braviax using the SDfix
utility. I checked the Bartpe website and it looks like a neat utility
too. I'm going to pursue it further.

    Thanks

Great. I didn't have a viable internet connection at the time, so I was
stuck with what I had on hand. lol.

Try removing it yourself , but you need to download the process
    explorer.
    the main thing is
    a) the programs are inserted in startup.
    b) Trojans are self replicating, suppose u kill one thread, they start
again. so delete them in between, lets say 1 sec chance in process
    explorer.
    c) Read the guideline about the files, registry entries.
for more help you cna refer to the below blogs
