    Need help removing Browser Hijacker

    My browser has been Hijacked! When i access my internet Browser (IE 6), it changes the Home Page and begins loading pages on it's own (sometimes to the point that my PC locks up).

    I have followed the steps in the Read Me and my situation is much better. The Home Page is still being changed to msn.com, but very few additional pages are loaded. I have included the scanlogs as requested.

    I will appreciate your help in analyzing and recommending what to do next. Thanks!

    maco you have done an excellent job thus far a few more steps will be needed but I have a couple questions first;
    #1. The log labeled "log.txt" is this from the Eset Scanner? If so, it doesn't appear that you told the program to fix what was found. Whichever scan this was I would like you to run it again and have it fix the items found.
    #2. It appears from your HJT log that you have VundoFix running as a service. Did you run VundoFix and if so, where it that log?

    jholland1964,
    #1: the scan was from Eset. i ran again and selected for it to fix what it found. A new log is attached.
    #2: i ran the VundoFix. it found one item, but it appeared not to be able to remove it. a log is attached.
    I also ran another HijackThis log and it is attached.
    Thanks for your help!

    The vundo fix log is incomplete. I need to see the entire log, not just what it could or could not remove.
    Did you run the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware program? If not please download, install, update and run a full scan with it. Fix everything found and post that log here along with a new HJT log.
