Well you certainly have and "unusual" HJT log, very odd entries for sure.
Please go HERE
Follow ALL the steps there, any programs noted which allow to clean, please do so. Also save all logs available.
Once you have completed those steps run HJT again. Then post back here with all logs noted in the sticky and the new HJT log.
