New scam poorly made

Found this comparison in google adds:
hxxx://www.spyware-remover-reviews.net
Probably a new scam for pushing a software that does not work... They
provide comparison without giving links to other producs than
theirs... And even misspeled name of counterspy.
Anyone heard about that netcom3 or is it just another rogue ?
How google allows advertising of such sites ?

This software seems to have been around at least since 2007. The site has more information
on affiliate and partner programs then actual anti malware information.

Is this a Rogue ? Maybe.
Is this junk ? Most likely.
