I may have this computer finally clean. The ESET scan found nothing, and then I was eventually able to run the Trend Housecall which found 97 infections and cleaned them. Ran Spybot originally and removed most except 2 which kept reappearing after reboot, including one named Zlob.
I think the combination of AVG & Anti-Malware got rid of it. So here's the current Hijackthis log and an older one. the hijackthis.txt is the old one. the hijackthis1.txt is the newer. Also included the first 2 malware logs. last one was clean.

Looks to me like you have done a pretty good job. Just a couple of fixes you should do;
You don't show a firewall on the computer. Are you using the built in Windows Firewall? If so that doesn't show in the HJT scans, which is fine. If you are not using a firewall, at least enable the Windows Firewall.
Run HJT again and put a checkmark next to these;
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Alcmtr] ALCMTR.EXE
(Description: Realtek AC97 Audio - Event Monitor. "Sypware" file used surreptitiously monitor one's actions. It is not a sinister one, like remote control programs, but it is being used by Realtek to gather data about customers )
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE
(Description: Microsoft Office startup assistant. Not necessary. Removing this entry will free up a significant amount of system resources.)
Then click the Fix Checked button.
Exit HJT.
Reboot the computer.
Then look for and delete ALCMTRE.EXE
Empty your recycle bin.
Now run a new HJT. Save the log and post it back here.
