    Question internet explorer 7 doesn't keep security settings

    Internet explorer 7 doesn't not keep my security settings. It changes back to defaults. My explorer beeps when it blocks cookies and phishing sites. I have set everything to allow and it still beeps. How do I turn the beeps off or keep my settings.

    PLEASE help.

    I had IE 6.0 and 7.0 corrupt my operating system a few times, so I don't use them. Try firefox or Opera.
