Followed 9 Steps, PC still takes 5 mins to boot

Hi, it takes my PC over 5 minutes to boot. When I push power, it will boot normally for about 1 minute, then the screen will turn black for about 4 minutes and the light on the keyboard will go off. Windows background picture will then appear, and it will take another 2 mins or so for the icons to load.
I also get an error message when the desktop finally loads regarding missing file TUTSU.EXE. SEE PICTURE

I followed the 9 steps in the Sticky thread and performed these scans:

    1) Spybot - Found and removed 1 cookie
    2) Microsoft Removal - Found and removed 10 or so cookies/trojans
    3) ATF-Cleaner - deleted everything but Firefox passwords
    4) Malwarebytes - log attached
    5) ESET - log attached
    6) Hijackthis Uninstall - log attached
    7) Hijackthis - log will not attach see below

just performed a Panda scan also. It found and removed 9 viruses. PC loaded a little faster after the clean up but it's still slow. Here is the Panda log.

    What a big mess

Hi Andrew, Thanks for completing all the steps and all the logs...sorry we have not gotten with you with rapid fashion. Two of us have been away for the weekend.
First of all I note in your HJT log that you appear to be running TWO anti-virus progams...AVG Free and Norton/Symantec. This is an absolute NO-NO...number one this will open your computer to possible infection since the two programs will actually fight against each other and miss something coming in. Uninstall COMPLETELY one of these programs, your choice. Now since Norton IS a paid program if it is current and has awhile to go with the current set up then uninstall the AVG but if the Norton has all ready expired or is due to expire soon then I would recommend uninstalling the Norton.
Do either one via Add/Remove. Once you have gone through Add/Remove steps then do a manual file search for items left behind.
Next...you have a HUGE number of programs running at start up which certainly, along with the two anti-virus progra, lengthen your boot time considerable.
Before I get into specifics I would like you to uninstall one of those anti-virus programs, reboot and then run me a new HJT scan and post that log. With one of those anti-virus programs out of the way I can better read the HJT log.

    Judy,
Thanks for the quick reply. Actually I just installed AVG as part of the 9 steps, but I will uninstall it now and post a new log.

Ok. If you installed as part of the 9 steps...which 9 steps are you following? AVG Free anti-virus is NOT listed in the 9 steps. It IS listed in the sticky which tells you how to protect your computer but not in this one

    Judy,

    Thank you!

I uninstalled both Norton and AVG and installed AntiVir, so that's the only anti-virus I have now. I also unchecked unknown entries running at startup. This last reboot was much faster, maybe 3 minutes. It shows some traces of Norton and TrendMicro which were my old virus scanners. They are not showing in ADD/REMOVE so should I just search and delete all entries?

    Here is the new log.

    Go to C:\PROGRAM Files\TRENDMICRO\
Look there and see if there happens to be an Uninstall listed, if so then try to use that. If not, Delete the Trend Micro folder.
You will have to look here C:\Program Files\Symantec\ AND also here
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\
    for the Symantec stuff.
Delete the folders noted in RED

Now, where are the OTHER logs requested in the sticky that I noted. I need those logs too. Please go back, run those programs as requested, allow them to fix what they find and post back with those logs.
You are showing malware in your HJT log but I feel if you had run the programs requested and let them FIX some of those would be gone.
