Can you tell me what items seem to be missing?

Mainly mp3 files. I did find the ones that the wife was missing, so life is good again.......LOL

As long as I have you can you tell me if I would be wise to run the CCleaner/installer that I downloaded, just to clean up my system??

I use CCleaner without any trouble as long as it is run with the default options to clean out temporary files. Only use the Default Scan (Windows Tab) and select Run Cleaner. Do not run any other options from other tabs.
It is a pretty good program.
