You also can make nice hokey shortcuts for your desktop or you can pin them to the start menu (I create a device manager shortcut as soon as I install Windows and pin it to the start menu for ease of access)
right click on desktop/select "new"/shortcut/type in location of program, etc./devmgmt.msc/name it "Device Mangler" or whatever/done
