I had a user set a Password on his Account and clicked on the Make Private setting.
I would like to reverse this and not have the account private, but allow other to view and work with his files.
Is there a way of reversing this action?

Can't you just have the user put his password in and remove the privacy settings?
It's against our policy to discus circumventing computer security/privacy measures... If you are the system administrator you can enforce user policy's before anyone can sign on; but you need to have that person sign a user agreement that includes full disclosure and sharing all their files and works on that system... If you don't like what they are doing, and you are the system administrator; enforce a strict user policy; tell them they have 3 days to backup their files before their account and all their files are removed from the system.
