    This falls into 3 categories:
    It does not use any cpu cycles, so it is good.
    It does no harm, and may help, so it is indeed good.
    It is free, and siljaline posts when updates have been published, so
    hardly any work on your part is needed.

    I gave them money for 1 installation so it updates that automatically, my
    other machines rely on my 63 year-old memory.
