You make some good points. I also found SuperAntispyware cleaned some
problems out very well of others pc's I've used it on.

Have you ever had problems where Spybot locks up the pc while
scanning? Spybot S&D just locked up my pc that required a hard boot.
It stopped scanning and everything froze, the display froze and
nothing from the mouse or keyboard. The cap lock, scroll lock and num
lock wouldn't change...

The pc I was scanning was clean and normally runs very well.

Let me know if you've had any lockup problems when scanning with
Spybot S&D 1.5.2.
