See the problem with Bush is the same problem that a foreigner who knows how to speak English but got a thick accent, they both way too fast for their own good, they speech becomes hard to understand and often causes them to make silly mistakes, etc.
If only George B. would speak slower so his brain could catch up!
May be then, he'd actually refrain himself from making the idiotic comments or using the words that he could not even prononce(pronounce~for people from UK).
