IE redirects to http://www.adserver.com/feed/65000000/65000000/00000000

After about 10 mins using IE (7) everytime website i go to redirects to http://www.adserver.com/feed/65000000/65000000/00000000

this started happening about 3 weeks ago and i don't know how
i am using cable internet through a D-Link router
any help is very much appreciated

attached is a HijackThis log

1. Download this file and save to desktop - combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it will produce a log for you. Attach this log back here

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you...lots of illness in the family. Are you still in need of assistance? If so please go here
and complete the requested steps. Once you have done this then post back here with all the requested logs and a new HJT scan log.
