    I thought that something so beautifully nonsensical deserved to be
    quoted.
    I admit that I had to look up "screed" to make sure I understood what you
    meant. I found on-line (Merriam-Webster):

    1 a: a lengthy discourse b: an informal piece of writing (as a personal
    letter) c: a ranting piece of writing.
    Exactly!

    Alternative meanings 2 and 3 do not apply.
