a question for someone?

can i upgrade my laptop processor? i have a hp dv 8025ea

amd turion 64 1.8ghz processor

can i upgrade?

There isn't alot of info available out there for upgrading the cpu in that laptop. I did see something about a replacing the cpu in the maint/service manual for the dv8000 series, that's not much help; other than maybe confirming that it can be removed and replaced.

You can always call HP and ask if it's possible to upgrade the CPU to the ML-44 2.4GHz or the ML-40 2.2GHz..
