Do I have a problem: Logger.Small.ih

I just ran AV anti spyware and along with a lot of cookies,
it found:

Logger.Small.ih in c:\windows\system32\instsrv

I cannot find anything on google for logger.small.ih or
anything like it.

What is this and is it trouble?

I'd submit it to them for analysis.

I suspect tho it's a false alarm.
