    First of all, the log shows multiple infections BUT the log itself is incomplete. We need to see the very top part of the HJT log...the part that reads similar to this;
    Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1
    Scan saved at 2:08:03 AM, on 09/01/2008
    Platform: Windows XP SP2 (WinNT 5.01.2600)
    MSIE: Internet Explorer v6.00 SP2 (6.00.2900.2180)
    This portion of the log contains major information that we need to see before actually beginning to give you specific steps to take...we don't know what operating system you are using, we don't know your IE version, we don't even know which version of HJT you have used.

    You need to begin the cleanup processes by going to this link and following each and every step given there, exactly as given and in the order given. Once you have completed all the steps and run all scans requested there then run a NEW HiJackThis scan and save the complete log, from top to bottom. Post back here with that new log and all the other requested logs from the link I have given you. Then we can see where things stand.
    Judy
