PCI adapter or USB network adapter

which provides the best signal, and signal strength in a normal house. im using the network adapter at the moment but sometimes doesnt connect or loses signal.

im using the belkin wireless g MIMO network adapter and was wondering if Belkin 802.11g Wireless PCI Adapter - F5D7000UK would be a better option to install?
