Can't get rid of spyware/virus. Tried almost everything. Help!

Hi all. I've searched this thread and tried a lot I've found, but
nothing is getting rid of the spyware/virus I have.

I'm having an issue with IE popups. I don't use IE regularly; mostly
Firefox. But I still get these f-ing popups. I run Spybot every
morning and it always finds the same things: AdRevolver, BurstMedia,
etc. Mostly tracking cookie stuff. I clean them every day, but they
come back every day. I've immunized with Spybot. I've also run AdAware
and SuperAntiSpyware. As for virus clean-up, I've used Mcafee and
TrendMicro's House Call thing. I've even used a CD from the IT manager
at my company that boots the PC and scans the hard drive without it
being mounted. Nothing will get rid of these damn pop-ups.

Can anyone please suggest something else? I'm at wit's end here. I
just want IT to re-image my PC, but they won't, at least not for a
while.

Can you give a few examples of sites where you experience this? I'll
check them out here.

The only one I can remember right now is Celldorado. There's another
adserver, I think. I will have to wait until tomorrow when my problem
mysteriously appears again.

I will try HijackThis in the meantime.

I found something else. There are IE processes running. I can kill
them, but they keep respawning.

Its possible you have a rootkit, download avg anti rootkit, also, download
avg anti spyware, update it, and make sure superantispyware is updated, go
into safe mode and run all three, one after another.
