Exactly what are you doing when the message pops up? In other words what program are you using before this happens?

Follow ALL the steps given there. Save any scan logs requested, allow all scans to fix whatever found, if they give the option. Once you have completed all those steps then run a NEW HJT scan and then come back here with the requested logs.

One thing you must do BEFORE doing all the above steps is to TURN OFF the SpyBot TeaTimer. It can interfere with both scans and any fixes.
